好好的眼睛里怎么会揉出“肉”？
到底是怎么回事？
前几天，小明跟同学一起打篮球，打着打着觉得右眼奇痒难耐，他便用力一揉，万万没想到，竟然从眼睛里掉下一片指甲大小的“肉”，医院。
所以？
这块掉出来的“肉”是哪来的？
接诊眼科医生判断

这块从右眼脱落的“肉”是睑板腺囊肿从结膜面自行破溃后生成的息肉。
睑板腺囊肿又称霰粒肿，是因睑板腺排出管道阻塞和分泌物潴（zhū）留的基础上而形成的睑板腺慢性炎性肉芽肿。
原来，早在3年前，小明左眼霰粒肿做了手术，半年前右眼也开始出现异物感、瘙痒、干涩，但家人和小明自己都没当回事，直到这次“意外”发生。
以后还能不能愉快地揉眼睛了？！

睑板腺囊肿是什么？
睑板腺囊肿又称霰粒肿，是因睑板腺排出管道阻塞和分泌物潴留的基础上而形成的睑板腺慢性炎性肉芽肿。这是一种常见病，儿童和成人均可患此病。霰粒肿进展缓慢，可反复发生。需要注意的是，当此病发生于老年人且有复发倾向时，需与睑板腺癌相鉴别。
导致霰粒肿的原因是什么?
眼科医生夏朝霞表示，可能与慢性结膜炎，睑缘炎，睑板腺功能障碍，或者缺乏维生素A等有关。在工作中发现有的人脾气大，爱上火，饮食油腻，挑食等也容易长霰粒肿。
霰粒肿的临床特征
①病程缓慢，一般并无明显症状，眼部无疼痛，有时仅有沉重感，可因有肿块压迫引起暂时性散光，或肿块压迫眼球而引起异物感。
②眼睑皮下可触及一至数个大小不等的圆形肿块，小至米粒、绿豆，大至黄豆、樱桃，表面光滑，不与皮肤粘连，边缘清楚，无触痛。
③翻转眼睑的肿块，在结膜面可见紫红色或灰红色局限隆起。如有继发感染，可演变成麦粒肿。
④小型肿块可自行完全吸收，或自行穿破结膜面，排出胶样内容物，形成蕈状肉芽状增殖，这种肉芽组织亦可通过睑板腺的排出管道，而在睑缘表面形成乳头状的增殖。
霰粒肿可以演变成麦粒肿？它们有什么区别呢

麦粒肿是因为感染引起，起病较快，有红肿疼的表现，一般经抗感染治疗后自行消退，若形成局限脓肿的可以切开排脓。霰粒肿一般病程比较长，几周甚至几个月，但是如果霰粒肿合并感染后，表现类似麦粒肿，所以需要等炎症消退再行手术切除。
霰粒肿如何治疗？
①早期较小的霰粒肿，可通过热敷或者理疗按摩疗法，促进消散吸收。
②在囊肿周围或囊肿内注射强的松龙0.3～0.5ml，可以促进其吸收。
③大的霰粒肿可手术摘除。术中一定要将囊壁摘净，以防复发。
如何预防霰粒肿
首先，养成良好的卫生习惯，保持眼部干净卫生，不用手及不洁物品揉眼，单眼发病时健康眼避免使用同一条毛巾避免交叉感染。
其次，注意饮食营养，不能暴饮暴食，过食肥甘厚味，以致脾胃积热，上攻于目，引发睑腺炎。得了睑腺炎不吃辛辣刺激，如大蒜、花椒、辣椒，少食油腻厚味菜肴，多吃新鲜水果蔬菜，保持大便通畅。
最后，积极治疗眼部慢性炎症，慢性结膜炎或睑缘炎应及时、彻底医治。平时眼睛不要过度劳累，当眼睛出现有近视、远视或者散光时，应该及时的配戴眼镜进行矫正，可以帮助保护眼睛。
